Screenings are for children aged birth-5 years old. Screenings are by appointment only and need to be scheduled 24 hours prior to screening. To schedule a screening please call the Special Education Office at 620-241-9400 or click on the button below to complete a screening information form and someone from the Special Education Office will contact you.
